Drew Rose has nine years of painting experience, starting at age 16. Over the years he mastered the craft and developed the skills to effectively manage a paint site and crew.  Drew trained his good friend and business partner Rob Caesar, and together they founded Rose and Yambor in 2021. As co-owner of Rose and Yambor, Drew brings a wealth of expertise to every project, known for his keen eye and attention to detail. In his free time, Drew enjoys golfing, watching football and basketball, and indulging in Ralphies Wings.

Rob Caesar has been painting for seven years, starting as a summer job after highschool and discovering his true passion for the craft over the years. He co-founded Rose and Yambor in 2021 with his good friend, Drew Rose. Rob graduated from The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business in 2023. While going to school Rob gained valuable experience working with the leading epoxy flooring company In Columbus. Rob is known for his dedication to quality and client satisfaction. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his family, bowling, and watching stand-up comedy.
